The "Network Distribution Core" is entirely managed by 3 OLT...
… GPONTECH® ‘s Dynamic Optical Distribution Data Flow is 25Gbps continuous to utilities/services/equipment. OLTs still have an additional 25Gbps for future network deployment. All OLTs are with 10G Optical Up-Link, and committed resources do not exceed 25-30% of availability at “full load.”
- 1 single OLT, dedicated to "video surveillance system", handles about 90 TB/day
- 2 OLTs to manage all other services
System monitoring is done as in “real time” through dedicated EMS software that manages all its parameters: from data flow to bandwidth including alarm management and statistics.
Configuration and “maintenance” of equipment can also be done remotely, as well as any software and firmware upgrades of OLTs and ONUs.
